I have Fiat Bravo T-Jet 120, and a problem with clunky gearbox sound.
The strange thing is that the sound can be heard only after the car warms up. When the car is cold, gear change is perfect, and after it warms up, you can hear the clunk sound on gear change but only if you are not accelerating fast, if you go with full throttle, than the sound is not existing.

Fiat Dealer is not sure about this problem, they say it can be the gearbox, but cannot be 100% sure until they open it, which costs money, even if there is no problem there.

Can you please help. Tnx

Check the Gear Box Oil? Or Even have it changed with something New. See if that stops the sound.

Gearbox oil is changed with new, so same sound again... Anything else that can be, before i move to "opening the gearbox"?

These gearboxes are pretty noisy in general, mine makes a click sound since day one and I am pretty sure it is in good condition. Have read many threads that this is normal, not sure what exactly your sound is though.

I will try to record this sound later, so you can hear it...

Here is the video from the sound, i am not sure you can hear it clearly, but pay attention when i put in 1st gear and only depress the clutch. After that i change gears up/down 3th/4th and you can hear clunking sound, but it's not so clear because of the sound from the gear handle.

I've just got this fixed today... Believe or not, the problem was with the front right semi-axle tripod.
