2nd hand Fiats just don't seem to hold their value unless they are 500's round here, is it the same everywhere?

Alfa's seem next to impossible to shift on too :( (n)

It's most probably the same everywhere except maybe for italy ? It's great for second hand buyers though.

seems to be only slightly cheap for the age and mileage if you look at similar cars on auto trader, the Bravo really struggles to hold any value.

plus its a big dealership who will undoubtedly make up any deficit on finance packages and extras

Strange that the're selling it through one of their Ford showrooms and not their Fiat dealership. Surely the car should command more money if it's sitting in a main dealers.

It's amazing how popular and good the little 500 is. I'm sure a high percentage of owners have never previously owned a Fiat.

People are still very negative when I say I have a Fiat again, although it's the only brand I've had very few issues with. So top of the list in my books.

It's definetly a 2nd hand buyers market as I have recently experienced. Although it can't be great for Fiat in the UK surely?

In my mind they need to release a new larger hatchback that's going to be as popular as the 500 (hard to tell I know) but it seems the 500L hasn't been much of a success??

I think you need to consider why the mileage is so low, there are literally dozens of ideal matching size and priced cars with less than 10,000 miles on the clock

Because they've been rental cars which they retire before 12,000 miles then sell cheap

This one has half that which suggests it's been a demo or a sales reps car for a few months but they've not been able to sell it

The bravo isn't very desirable it's a middle of the road spec in a boring colour I think it's probably been hanging about for ages and they just need it sold.

Got to disagree there with the "boring colour",there are way more boring coloured bravos out there,
I think the white is a smart sleek and sporty look to it .

;)

Given your profile pic I would say you may be a bit bias on that front ;)

In 2010 white cars were very popular and are still to some extent on high end cars like audi mercedes etc where contrasting trim are used. This favour for white cars is now fading, as proven by most new fiat 500 models, in 2009/2010 most people ordered them in white (a free colour) but most of the new models 2013/2014 cars seem to be in much greater numbers in much brighter colours red blue and the current horrible mint green, all of which you have to pay extra for, but people are paying the extra rather than going with white.

It's got the blue and me, gt alloys. Sport body kit, ABS, hill holder, esp eye. I wouldn't say it was low spec.

low spec interior, read my post again ;-)

no leather, no climate
will be the 'sail' cloth that initially looks good but ages badly

the biggest -ve is the 105 bhp engine...

but looks like somebody bought it... or they realised it was too cheap!

Leather gap never been something that I would want in my car to be fair not sure what's the biggie over that, climate control well is another electrical fault to go wrong.I would say it's probably because "he test drove it after it not long after it rained with a few spots of rain still on the roof and then opened the front windows for some air and was soaked :what: lol

but hey all allowed opinions
