I've a 2009 bravo active sport 1.4, what oil should I use, I need to top it up soon, and I cant find where I've put the manual, should I be using 5-40, or 0-40?

the 2 mentioned above are what different sites say to use

You need oil with C3 specification.
I think its best to stay on Selenia K.P.E
