General i love the new bravo

taking one on a test drive this weekend cant wait, aint had my stilo for long but couldnt resist a look at the new bravo and have fallen in love.

I have to say its a lovely looking car (y) Fiat are on abit of a role now I have to say...

We got the gorgeous Grande Punto Sporting followed by a Fantastic face lift of a current model to produce the Panda 100HP and now the new Bravo!! :slayer: What’s next... 500 (y)

Superb!!!

I went and had a look at it the other day nice looking motor not sure of the spec i was looking at as didn't have much time on my hands my only gripe about the one i looked at was firstly the cost £14000 + which i think is a bit steep for a mid sized car but my biggest gripe was the fact its only in 5 door model at the moment and i was told no plans for a 3 door for at least 2 years so i guess it should be called the new brava and not bravo as we all know the bravo was a 3 door which i had one of and loved dearly. But on the plus side they had a punto sporting 130 multijet 1.9 diesel for £10k now that was a nice motor think i might try myself one of them. Can still can my golf clubs in the back too;)

Had a look around a few whilst I was in France last week. I think it looks great but then again I would as it has Stilo and original Bravo themes right through it. Bloody rained all the time but here's some pics

I think the Bravo looks good but don't think it's quite as successful a design as the Grande Punto. Something about the front doesn't look quite right, think it's to do with the front lights and the overhang. Think it's quite colour sensitive too. Overall though I think it makes a refreshing change to a Golf or a Focus - full road test due in Autocar next week - should be interesting to hear what they say about it.

Had a look at one at the local Fiat garage yesterday and I quite liked it. The build quality seems like Fiat have improved again and at last they have fixed the armrest so you can actually change gear and use the handbrake with it down! Back seems less roomy than my 3-door Stilo though... not sure why - maybe it was the roof angle or the front seats pushed back... Dashboard looks nice and neat. I might arrange a test drive since I'm curious about how the 1.4 turbo engines feel and how the car handles. Not going to swap my Stilo for it though unless they come out with a 3-door Abarth version.

Plenty of rear seat room as long as you don't have a lanky driver. I set the drivers seat to my position and then tried the back - was fine. No issues then if your driver is around 5'10
.

5'10" ? I'm quite a bit taller than that.. I need the drivers seat right back thank you! Not that I intend to sit in the back anyway...:)

Sat in a T-Jet 150 Sport on the weekend. I've only got size 8 feet, but when not on the pedals, I couldn't squeeze either foot between the pedal and the footwell trim. As I do a lot of M-way miles with cruise engaged and feet resting nicely on the footrests (not provided in the Bravo), the new FIAT sadly drops off my list of possible new cars...

From what ive read in this thread and reviews so far its not as good of a car as the GP . Only bonus is the new engines which they will probably do on the GP before long. Not only that I think the GP is better looking, defo has a nicer ass .

Definatly too expensive for that they are. Not only that think of the depreciation!.
