The Diff is now fitted in the gearbox. I have machined the inner driveshaft to seal nicely with the GTA gearbox cover plate and custom seal. I have also purchased an uprated vibratechnics gearbox mount (the other 2 engine mounts were uprated to vibratechnics previously)

The engine bay was prepared, ready for the engine installation.

Subframe was seam welded, had a metallisation coating and then powder coated.

Black powerflex bushes are fitted to the new anti roll bar, drop links and suspension arms.

The steering rack needed new gators, so we fitted new track rods and ends.

This is going to be the best Bravo in the country. Maybe even in the world. cant wait for more.

For anyone that doesn't know Black Powerflex bushes are 25% stiffer than the purple and marketed for motorsport.

Sounds great on idle, cant wait for updates Justin :)

Are there any parts you are struggling for? I have lots of odd new original parts for the Mk1.

The video doesn't do it justice, it really does sound nice. I have just ordered a new expansion tank as the original was a bit dirty, so this will be fitted after the engine is run in. I can't think of any other bits we need. If you can think of any bits you have that may help then feel free to suggest. (y)
