Hi, can anyone help with what could be wrong . Daughter went to start her automatic Fiat Brava but its totally dead. Been working fine with no issues.
Its not the battery or alternator as its not even clicking. Totally dead not a sound. The central locking did not work the doors they all had to be opened with key. No lights on dashboard nothing, except we now can not get the key out of the ignition.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Broken ignition lock drained battery?

Measure voltage at the battery with multimeter.
If there is voltage and ignition lock isnt broken, check maxi fuses at the strut tower.

Thanks for the advice. Turned out that the battery connection had come loss.
