My B is in the classifieds! I'm heartbroken but its got to go.

That's a shame, I,d hate to think I would need to sell my B,
I once'd owned a mint 1981 MK2 RS2000 and so gutted I let that car go.

The tax man needs the money! I have never held on to a car this long. I have loved every minute of it. I have ysed it every day for five years and it has been reliable and great therapy!

I know exactly what you mean. Pity you can't just avoid your tax bill by declaring bankruptcy like the so-called celebs seem to be able to do (see the story about Martin Freeman's missus in today's Daily Mail), but the tax man usually gets his pound of flesh from us mere mortals...

I will be selling mine sometime in 2014 as I can't find a way of getting it into the US.

Well Guys, its gone! To say I'm heartbroken is an understatement. I got £4000 though. I paid £7000 six years ago so I think I've done well. The car was 100% reliable over 33000 miles and I absolutley loved it.
I've consoled myself with an MG TF but I'm not happy.
So goodbye for now but I will be back!
