So how would you guys feel if we did a Fiat only event, somewhere accessible, with plenty of space? A Fiat Forum national gathering of sorts? The famous FF BBQ, grass for people to sit and talk all things Fiat?

I would be very happy with that. It would be able to incorporate a lot of the sub groups easier this way too. such as Bravo Enthusiasts and other such groups (Panda, Punto, Cinq etc)

If it can be hosted around the same time as Stanford Hall would of been (last Sunday of June/first Sunday of July). also of course midland based to keep it central? Basically FF should run its own personal Stanford Hall but obviously not there. Do we know why it wasn't Feasible? They must of made so much money from that event?

Don't forget MITCAR (y) that's midland based

when is MITCAR mate?

also are you coming to Gloucester meet with Bravo Enthusiasts?

10th July the AROC has their national day at Chatsworth. It the right location, and there will be loads of Alfas there.

I don't know anything about it, as I'm not in the club. I just wondered if there was any benefit in looking to piggy back onto an organised event - particularly this year, as time is short to arrange anything for July?

I know people who can point me at the organisers if FF thought it might be worth exploring?

MITCAR is usually last on the FF calander (for official events) and is usually in August/September. It's a midland based show and every year it's at a different place. In the past it's been at rockingham castle, Coombe Abby Coventry and Hardwick hall. It'll think it's ran by the Alfa Romeo club. If we were to orginise a show then this would be the sort of thing I think we should aspire to.

I'm very hopefull on the Gloucester meet bud (y)

That sounds great to me.. Perhaps we could try an organise a bit of a 'weekender' with the option to camp. Fri through Sun for the diehard or just turn up for one of the days.

sounds good,
Forum only - or other small FIAT groups,

Bertone = Strada Cabrio and X1-9

Lancia - maybe..??

could help keep the numbers realistic - for a 1st event:)

Seeing as how this thread has re-surfaced, may as well have my say...

I'd enjoy a Fiat Forum only event, as long as it was accessible. Obviously some people can't get to certain locations at certain times but it would be nice to have more events to go to with people that share our interests!

Not sure how big of a deal you guys make Classic, Kit and Retro at Castle Combe but I've seen classic Pandas there before, so if possible I'd like to get my classic Panda over there for next year... but, as with all events, some cars can't make that (i.e. cars have to be classic for that event!), so a Fiat Forum event does sound interesting!

We had ForzaLive in the end. Search will bring up the event thread ?

I went to Classic, Kit & Retro this year. Great show, will go again for sure. There was/is no forum stand but Fiat Motor Club GB has a stand which is where I was. Gavin who I can't remember exactly username of this moment organises that.

Will have to look out for that one, then...

I didn't go this year but I went last year (of course, without a car as I've only just bought my Panda). I'll organise with a bunch of you Panda classic owners to go over hopefully, it would be nice to see a good few of them together! (y)

I have enjoyed some great days at the very well organised Italian Car and Bike Show at Edinburgh. Travelling is always an issue for me and I regularly click on the events tab to see what's happening. On that subject, Goodwood Circuit seems to have moved to the Leeds area?? :D
Is that my FAMED MAP again....
