Do you have the name(s) at Fiat CustomerCare of who helped you resolve the problem of not UConnectLIVE, get the new firmware installed etc? Is there Twitter activity re this problem? Please send us how I can access either or both of them. I just sent you the msg I received today from Fiat Customer Care UK denying any responsibility for for misleading us literally from the first day we acquired our 500X. They KNEW why we had no UConnectLIVE, that it had nothing to do with compatibility between Apple iOS and UConnectLIVE they had told us was the problem for six months. My first choice is to get this fixed quickly by Fiat FCA. My second choice is making sure this mistreatment of us and other FCA customers will end up costing FCA a lot more than it it would or will have cost them if they did or do the right thing by offering us the opportunity to have the UConnectLIVE they advertise comes in every 500X with 5" Radio NAV or 6.5" radio NAV.
