Took my wife's Twinair in for its 18,000 mile service to Parks Motor Group in Motherwell, same bunch of ****s who cocked up her fuel line repair. This service was given to us at a discounted price of £125 due to all the previous hassle with the fuel line fiasco.
I did not have time to open the bonnet to check it over when I collected the car as I was running late. So had to wait until this evening when wife got in from work.
The air pipe to the turbo had not been reconnected to the black plastic engine cover that holds the air filter (good job I have the tool to connect the clip). The cover was also not sitting in its mounting spigot. Wife has driven some 100 miles since yesterday with no air filtration to the engine via the turbo. God knows what sort of ****e has been sucked in to the turbo and inlet manifold.
I wonder how many people get their car serviced and never check like I do. F.....g raging.
This dealership really does employ some total w.....s.
