hi

filled up with petrol. upon trying to start the car again it says fuel cut off.

In the manual it tells me to turn the key to MAR and activate right indicator. deactivate right.. activate left... deactivate left... activate right.. deactivate right.. activate left.. decativate left.... then turn the key to stop...


Ive tried this several times but it dosnt work. Now when i try it the min i touch the indicator the lights on the dash all go out like its to much power for it to handle. so atm the car is stuck at the petrol station. any ideas any1 ?

To reset car operation, follow this procedure:

turn the ignition key to MAR;

activate the right-hand indicator;

❒
deactivate the right-hand indicator;

❒
activate the left-hand indicator;

❒
deactivate the left-hand indicator;

❒
activate the right-hand indicator;

❒
deactivate the right-hand indicator;

❒
activate the left-hand indicator;

❒
deactivate the left-hand indicator;

❒ turn the ignition key to STOP.

Hi

when the ignition is is the MAR position ... the right hand indcator will be flashing

push indicator stalk up till the right hand indicator stops and the left one starts flashing .. push down to left until the right hand starts flashing again ---- it's usually after 3 or 4 seconds......follow with up again ..... so on an so on as described above ... both indicator lights will flash together at the end - turn key off.

you will hear a clunck/click - this is the fuel solenoid operating at some point
