Re: Mourning the departure of Ye Ye Green...Can you help?

I am not a fan of green cars but the 500 in ye ye with vintage leather is stunning it really is. I just don't understand why they are deleting all the good retro colours I have not been on here for a while but some tedious members just never stop being tedious do they zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Re: Mourning the departure of Ye Ye Green...Can you help?

I'm just gutted it's not available. And it doesn't even help that I'm happy to get a 2nd hand as there aren't any!! At all..
Dear oh dear. I think I should have just gone and bought one when I was going to instead of buggering about for so long. Hey ho...
I just had a 'chat' with someone at Fiat on their website. No plans to change colours any time soon guys, so I guess it's rich pickings for those who like white or grey, and not much else for the rest of us. Hmph.

I don't need to accept anything. I have as much right to be here as you, if you don't like my posts then fine..... but you should notice I've actually got on well with some of the others around here recently. I was just being a bit light hearted with Mark because he really likes the ivory interior as well as the more retro colours and I'm not as much of a fan. It was just a joke and as above I meant no offence by it.

that's what we've got, so luckily we think it is the best colour - discontinued of course!!

we had an old 500 in the same colour, that's why we were so keen to get it again on the new one!

Re: Mourning the departure of Ye Ye Green...Can you help?

Posted these last year but for the Ye Ye fans here is my mum's car which is based upon the spec of a show car that was on Fiat's stand at the Geneva show last year and got lots of crowd attention. I think it's a great colour that really suits the retro nature of the 500.

Re: Mourning the departure of Ye Ye Green...Can you help?

Ye Ye Green like the example above looks stunning. I think Fiat have lost the plot with the colours on the 500. Theyre all gonna end up white and red & the depreciation will be more severe on those colours as a result.

Id hoped the parents were gonna buy a 500 but now the colour choice is so plain i think im gonna encourage them to buy from a different manufacturer coz we dont want somethin that looks just like thousands of others.

If youre watching Fiat, take note!
