Today, for the first time I saw two 500s in the Canterbury Multi-Storey car park, both with the large rear FIAT badge missing. Looked like they might have been prized off.

Hopefully this isn't widespread although they probably do look like a bit of a trophy to the mini-brains of society.

Might be an idea not to park where the rear of your 500 is unsighted.

My MG customers have huge problems with badge thieves!

Had the same with my Mercedes a few years back. Saw a lad from the village with one round his neck after mine disapeared. Spoke to him and mentioned that I'd had one like that stolen and could he let me know if he heard anything. Told him that the police were looking into it and were checking CCTV footage.

Next morning my badge had mysteriously re-appeared on my MERC
