Numerous articles on tinterweb about this all saying 500 sales starting in the USA in 2011, alongside the Panda Cross which will be badged as a Jeep! Production will be in Mexico in the factory where the PT Cruiser is currently made, after that model is discontinued.

They're working on the new Panda now, with a longer wheelbase, and I'd expect the American market to get this. Certainly the new Fiat Multiair engines will definitely go to the States from the beginning of production.

Oh my goodness gracious i want one! Maybe they should just let us previous Fiat owners here have one to drive around and show off to get publicity up for it? I have a 1980 x 1/9 and it is amazing.... I want one!!!!!
