Afternoon All

Just got back from an excellent afternoon at the Corbridge classic car show. I was the only Classic 500 there, and got plenty of compliments! 500's certainly bring a smile to a lot of faces!

There was a excellent array of cars, one being dare I say a favourite of mine a Lotus Elan, and also a Mk2 Spitfire that my parents neighbours turned up in, who we didn't was going.

Chatted to quite a few people including a man who's owned a 500 for some 20 odd years, who was asking the best places/websites to get parts from. He admitted his needs some attention to it back up and running. He also said when it was running, he had some hot running issues. I told him of this excellent forum/website for advice, which he said he is going to register. Hope he does, as it would be good to see another North East on here.
