I have a guy coming over to buy most of my leftover spares
I have a brand new never fitted front disc conversion on refurbed 126 kingpins and also come with new brake hoses and the spacers for 190 PCD
What value should I ask for?

Andrew I would say a minimum of £400.

Oh yes - that moment of taking cash will be milked here in Canterbury!! There are many spares and a clearance is required ( by my wife!!!)
She says that I shouldn't sell the original red seats - in case we want to put them back in - but my conversion has gone too far to ever been returned to anything close to standard

Has she not been in the garage then????? Or is she barred. Or do you just smile agree and do the complete opposite?

Wise move Andrew to make the 'clearing of the garage' fairly public! Technically, by doing it this way you can't get a bollocking for hanging on to 'all that old rubbish'---note that I did say 'technically'. What was the outcome with your gauges? I did express interest in the oil temperature and oil pressure gauges. It was much earlier in the year and it was when you were very poorly, so I accept that it might have slipped your mind.
As per other comments, I think that £400 is a very good price for a complete front disc set-up--especially if it is on 126 hubs (bigger bearings and possibly twin grease nipples). Hope all goes well with the sale, look forward to hearing from you regarding the gauges.

Hi Andrew;
Glad to hear that the disc-brake set sold well and quickly---how much did you get for them in the end? I tried to follow the sale with the number you said (381668053594), but every time I tried, the system just said 'number not recognised'? Anyway, don't forget to impress on 'er indoors that you have got rid of another part for 'a good amount of money dear!'
