Not sure what the issue is here, but when I step on the brakes the green (head light indicator) lights up on the instrument gauge. None of the head lights come one. I think this might be a grounding issue???

I would check that the stop/tail light is seated right. Maybe it's twisted round a bit and feeding the brake light current back up the tail feed wire to the dash.
