I have an alfa mito, pretty sure it's engine is similar to the abarth 500? In the middle of cambelt replacement but the nut holding on the tentioner is rounded off, any ideas if it is a special nut or just a normal nut, thanks
There is no nylock on the nut, the tentioner is help on by just sheer friction, ie there is no locating pin on the tentioner or the block, the tentioner is the type with the 2 holes in it for a pin hole wrench to be used to tention it then the nut is tightened, hope that makes sence?
