Hi, newbee to the forum. Got my first 1/9 3 weeks ago, stripping down for a respray... a bit of welding to do.....
The front bumper has had headlight washer jets fitted, but only has one now- one is missing. The reservoir for it is a blue coloured bag that sits under the offside headlight access cover.
Does anyone know if this is a Fiat option or is this an aftermarket kit?

I have not seen or heard of them being fitted but it's not impossible I guess.

There was a discussion on the owners club concerning what the inlet shape is within the main windscreen washer reservoir. It was decided that this would perhaps be for a headlight washer motor but likely used for fitment to another car.

I guess it might have been more common in colder climates?

Are there any part numbers or markings on the bag?

Thanks for the reply, There are no markings on the blue washer bag. I assume it is just an aftermarket kit.I will take some photos & upload at the weekend.

Interesting. Maybe it was for headlight jets or to get more luggage space?

Happy to be corrected but I don't believe the X1/9 ever came from the factory with headlight washers - standard or an option.
