Technical What oil, what coolant, what clutch&break fluid?

New owner of a 1989 X1/9 - scared by owners manual that I must only use specified fluids in the manual - these are no longer in circultion - what should I use?

Coolant:
Oil:

50% standard glycol based antifreeze/water mix (remember to bleed on top of the radiator with an allen key)
15W40 or 20W50 if it's been around the world twice
