I'm in the process of using a coolant sensor out of an X1/9 to sense the temperature in my coolant system on a 1985 mazda rx7 with a microtec LT8s ECU running on LPG.

They both use the same thread. The stock mazda one doesn't work because its basically a switch (pre EFI) and shows about 125deg on water temp even when cold.

I've just been reading through the workshop manual for the x1/9 but can't find any reference of checking a sensor with resistance against temperature.

Does anybody have a reference I can use to setup my ECU to the sensor.
