what kind of trans fluid goes into the transmission?
i feel dumb for asking, :bang: but i cant find it in haynes.

Do NOT use EP oil, you may as well not put any in.

so im guessing any 80w90 gear oil or trans fluid will do?

I use HD40 its a heavy duty diesel engine oil

If you don't have to worry about freezing temperatures then any non-EP 90 grade oil is going to be fine. If the box is feeling a little bit rough try using Redline MTL or MT90.
