Ummm.... injection carbs?
I'm not familiar with that term... I think you mean the injector housing? Unfortunately I don't know the answer anyway.

On the 1.1 ie Uno, you'll have fuel injectors, and no carburettor.
On the 1.1 Uno, or 60s as known in the UK, you'll have a carburettor, and no injectors.
They're not interchangeable. As although they do a similar job, injectors (along with air-flow), are controlled by the ECU (electronic engine management control unit), where as the carburettor effectivelty regulates itself, without the need for engine management.
