Hi,

I'm having trouble finding the wiring for the clock in my uno it just mustn't be there. My local scrapyard have recently had a bit of a clearout... all of the unos are now little cubes

Does anyone out there have the wiring for the clock? I think it's the same for th cinq aswell.

Can't you just use "scotch" connectors onto the 12V and ground for the cigarette lighter?

I am a schizophrenic currently so please bear with me whilst I try to get rid of the 40+ personality.

Have you check behind the instrument panel for the wires, i found a load of mine behind there (ciggy lighter etc.) might be an idea checking there before you go taking the power from something else

I've checked and checked and checked again... the wires just aren't there. I'd rather wire it up properly so I just wondered if anyone had the wiring.

Wiring for a cigarette lighter would be helpful to me too.

Behind the back of the fuse box are a number of connectors. To test which one is which, take out fuses whilst having a multimetre connected up to the plug connections. WHen voltage drops from about 12 to 0, that's the fuse. THe picture above/below the fuse will tell you which connection you have found.

I believe the cigarette lighter is of a black colour and if itsn't stuck on behind the fuse box (passenger side below glovebox), you need to pull the carpet back a little just behind the fuse box behind which you will find a few connected taped to the body.

found them!!!! nearly cut my hand to bits but i found the connector blocks.

they were tucked right away out of reach and cable tied to the dash against the windscreen.

i'm now the proud owner of a gigarette lighter and digital clock
