hi everyone.have been tracking down a problem with my uno and im stuck.the front of my uno keeps filling up with water when it rains.the rubber tubes were clear so i followed them from the sun roof down the pillars and into my sills and thats where they end  .thats the problem, the sills are filling up with so much water its spilling into the footwell :bang: .cant belive the water drains would just lead straight into the sill.i know the car has had new sills at one point if that helps.any advice would be great as i need to stop the water to prevent dreaded rust.many thanks,Dave.

Hi mate, Haynes says this.....

FRONT
"The sunroof channel water drain hoses should be kept clear. If the hoses are to be cleared of obstruction remove the trim panels at the sides of the front footwells and insert a length of curtain spring in the bottom ends of the hoses"

REAR
"The rear drain hoses are accessible once the parcel shelf supports are removed and the trim panels unclipped"

Hope this helps and get it sorted before the floor dissappears and you start impersonating Fred Flinstone.

Get on the floor and look under the the car. There are drain holes in the middle of each side of the floor plan AND in the sills. Use a blunt flat head and open them up a touch iof they are closed.
