hey guys dose anyone know if there where extended wheel arches made for mk2 uno's if not where i would be able to get universal extended arches?

You'd be very hard pressed to find anything other than the OE items, though i believe there are a few german kits that have wheel arches as part of the kit but thats just from looking at search engine pics and those on turbo collective. I personally wouldn't waste the time trying to find any still for sale, i think you're looking for gold dust, but i might be wrong, lets see what other say.

sure i have seen one with golf arches on it, ill let you know if you can chop them on when i get rid of my golf

Sorry i forgot about modding some arches.. you can make make anything fit within reason if you're happy to get the fibreglass out.

Tom

thanks for that i might have a look at modding other arches but i'll wait and see thanks again

OR You could take the route of going completely all out and crazy by building a set of one off MENTAL arches like a certain kid with a mark 1 i know ;) lol

i acually do like the way they look but i bet they toke some amount of time making up, do u know how long and hard they where to make?
Jason

lol, they took a while, and to be honest there is no point in making them that wide unless you use spacers or very wide wheels. Mine are 8's and have zero offset. I would do it again but if i did i think i'd make integrale style arches.

Tom

hey guys i finally got round to getting a set of the ut plastic arches for ma uno but there no any use they where making the arch a bit smaller even thou they did flair them out but not anought, so ma car has been off the road for just over a week cause i got a set of arches and i had been modifing them to fit there all finished and painted now here's 2 pics so u can see what they look like i took the after sort of finishing off the front but i'll get pics at the weekend and post them up so you's can see what she looks like now.

Well done on the wheel arches, they look hot! :yum:

But pleeeeeaaaase ditch the rear spoiler and the badboy lights. With out those and with the mesh painted silver or black that will be a mean looking Uno (y)

Thanks for the feed back but sorry i like it the way it is

ive got some 16" fiat coupe 16v turbo wheels that would fit nice on that, looks clean mate, nice work

Im not sure, i quite like the red mesh, it nicely offsets all of the black, spoilers ok i suppose, only thing im not keen on ever is the eyebrow look on headlights.

I was just going to say nice arches and amazing paint work! who sprays your car? or do you do it?
