Hi Guys, I think this has been done before but with no definitive answer


Before I go and spend a 120 quid on a new pump..


Are the 1.3 and 1.4 Uno turbo oil pumps the same?

Does your mk1 have check control? The panel on the cluster that checks the status of things like coolant level, brake fluid level, etc.

I have mk1 pump as 7588958.
I am down the road in Banbury and need mk1 parts, do you have any surplus?

No, Mine doesn't have the check lights

What parts are you after, have some Mk1 parts left over

Have set of good 1301cc turbo pistons complete with new ring sets and an another brand new set of 1301cc rings for for the turbo engine

There were so difficult to find!

Its been a while

My mk1 has been sitting outside in Cowley Oxford until I got it in 2015, it's been dry stored since. Unfortunatly the tinworm has got to it. It's all there but it really needs rubber, plastic bits.

Engine wise I have no idea lol, it'll turn over on a battery but never got it started.

My most urgent bit is an oil cooler, as it was split when being taken off a transporter.
Also any body parts, especially bumpers!
