I have a fiat uno 1100 with windows problem. They were working fine until recently after re tinting the windows I saw that whilst the car is moving the front windows slide down just a bit and needs to be winded up everytime. How do I go about to fix them? Is is the window winder or it needs to be fastened inside the door panel?thank you.

You don't say if manual or electric, or what amount od dismantling was done.

If manual the you should always fully wind the window up and then position the winder handle so that it's weight/leverage is positioned it the wind-up direction and then at 90 degrees to the vertical. This will ensure that any handle rotation effects are always at 90 degrees and would only wind the window up.
