Afternoon all im now the proud owner of a 88 mk1 Selecta (1 of 2 remaining in the UK) Pics to come later.

Now heres a question, ECONOMETER and wiring.

Now the haynes and the uno service manual both dont cover the selecta, would someone with the knowledge of a working econometer point to exactly where it runs, where the vaccum comes from and what colors of cable should be on the system... i need it to work (its the only issue with it and bugs me insanely) :bang::bang:

Cheers for the help :D

Hi there
Well done with getting such a cute and rare care.
I would feel bad if I gave you wrong guidance so here is the health warning for my post ;). I had a Fiat with an econometre and this was fed with a vacuum line coming from the carburettor.

Maybe it is the same with yours?

Thank you to all that have suggested, looks like ive got a few more things to go through.

Im going through the process of replacing all the vaccum lines new silicone seems to be alot better than the 30year old stuff that it has currently got on it.
