Greetings
My car: Uno 1100 Fire 1995 model.
I removed the rear brake shoes and discovered that the factory had installed an Uno Espresso ( commercial van) brake setup.
No doubt that spare shops were gobsmacked that a standard 1100 had this setup.
The Espresso brakes shoes appear to be pretty rare spare item too. Fiat spare catalogue item 524.
The cost of relining the brakes shoes was almost equivalent to the new set I eventually managed to source.
Is this a common occurence?
(I would post a picture if I was allowed to!)
