Styling What color on my uno turbo?

Well, i think green, orange and yellow look quite nice. Hard to decide which to get though. I've uploaded more pics of my UT, check my gallery.

which uno is it, the mk2 or the mk1?

Well Chas, that's really green. :D Mine looks that way but are in gray metallic right now, i have i photo in my gallery (more to come).
I think your photoshop talents are great! (y)
Should i go for metallic or standard color? White alloy wheels i think would look nice or classic silver.

It's the same green as the Opel Kadett you gave a link to! Well, most of it was as I used Photoshop to sample one part of the Kadett colour and then used it to 'paint' the Uno.

Don't think my Photoshop talents are any good. Enlarge the picture and you'll see how bad it was

Personally I think the Uno (mk1) looks good in non metallic colours. I'm just not a fan of metallic paint, nothing to me looks better than a deep, glossy base colour polished up nicely.

White alloys are a bit garish. Reminds me of Opel Manta's and Ford XR3's! I'd go for classic silver, or silver with polished rims. Don't go bigger than 14" as they look a bit daft on a mk1 :p

That yellow wasn't so bad either.
Could you try photoshop with one of my images in my gallery?
How would it look with split colour coded bumpers (like this http://www.bilgalleri.dk/html/gal_visbil.asp?ID=4143 looks great i think )?

Well spotted. Yes it was on Ebay, I copied the pictures into my Uno folder. I used photoshop to change it's colour!

Here's the original picture.

saw an uno yesterday at the scrappys (rip lil uno) it was a awesome colour tho! it was sort of a cross between the darkish green of duncs and the blue of a the pic that was atatched. dont have any idea what colour it was but it looked amazing (youll have to use your powers of imagination people as i didnt have the camera or phone with me! lol)

although thinking about a normal charcole/grey would look cool! (with silver rims as people dont like black ones :( ) or maybe matt black.....seems popular at the moment (well in the "i have a big loan to spend on my car" folk from the likes of max power...oh and france [all that euro styling  ])

charlie

It's only got one on at the mo.lol

They came on the car but from what I can tell they are fromon tweeks

They look pretty simple to fit i'll take some pics of the one in pieces next time I rem...

cheers charlie, i love my colour too! its called Fiat Mare Blue.

as for painting a uno lime green, id deffo say no. there was one on TC a while ago and it looks crap IMO. but as frosty says, its ur car mate so its up to you.

i always fancied a really really nice metalic silver with the black bumpers, something different as they never made a silver uno turbo as far as im aware.

Silver looks good but is to common, not on UT though. I want my UT to stand out. A cool color, not a color which make it look cheap. Diablo-orange looks really good i think.

I can have a go, but you'll have to wait until the weekend as it takes ages to Photoshop a car. At least it does for me as I don't know how to do it other than bit by bit manually. Took me about an hour to go over that yellow/ green Uno!

During the week I have to concentrate on college work :( But come the weekend I should have some more time on my hands :)

have seen teh photos of the sporty grande punto, i have to say matt black? no laquer, just a stealth look, smoothed out, certainly at night with blue tinged halogens would look very mean, or go the other way with layers of clearcoat to get a "wet look"
