hello people, i've just bought a 89 uno turbo and am fitting a bleed valve. Has anyone here experianced any prolems running 1 bar of boost and also is a fuel cut fitted? Thanks, Tim.

I wouldn't advise just winding the boost up in this method...


I learnt from experience 1x melted piston and scored block later...

To turn the boost up you really need other suitable mods...

What have you done so far?

With my replacement engine it overboosts to around 0.9bar though....

right if i was u go for a
scorpion exhaust system
k&n filter
fse boost valve
and 1 bar of boost
boost gauge
with all the mods 1 bar will be very safe and a smile on your face

Yeah I think that's why engine got fried lack of power boost valve so not enough fuel....

u should be fine with 1 bar of boost. i got a bleed valve and its not the best method really but ive had mine running 2 bar before and it was proper quick! lol boosting!!! was an accident mind! someone had bin playing
