Hi, I have a problem for which I tried to find a solution on this forum but couldn't really find an answer. I have found a similar thread but it turned out the problem was very different.

Anyway, the problem is with my Uno 1.0 i.e. '99. Well, it's a potential problem because I didn't get stranded on the road just yet. The last two times I drove, in the middle of driving the injector light goes on and the engine "pauses". I say "pause" because that word describes the problem in the best way. It feels like I have released the clutch and haven't pressed the throttle so the car wants to turn off but it doesn't even though I haven't done anything. Like it skipped a cycle and then continued. I just keep the throttle down and keep going like nothing happened. I hope you understand.


I tried looking through the car manual but this injector light isn't even mentioned there so it must be a user manual for some older models. Funny thing is, the car was at a mechanic like a week ago for oil change end general checkup and this happens today after passing the registration checkup. Perhaps they screwed things up! First they set my clutch extremly high making the car virtually undriveable (my mom couldn't even move the car, it was just revvng with the clutch disconneted), then they miss a hole in the exhaust muffler and now this. Could it be that they have messed up something?
