right, ive got a boost leak and ive changed all the little vaccum hoses for red silicone ones, gone round all (i think) the boost pipes including the one underneath the car from the turbo, checked my in car bleed valve, checked the dump valve (bought another one coming just to try anyway lol) and checked my intercooler but not had it pressure checked.

can anyone give me some help/advice or have a guess what it could be??

i had a wonder about this the other day.. now if a pipe joint is leaking, would making that "tshhhhhhhhh" noise right??? the problem as we all know is that the engine bay of a turbo is not the best place to hear that... so i thought since all the boost pipes etc are on the intake side of the cylinders, would it be possible to remove the air filter/intake up to the afm, put on some sort of pressurised smoke making gizmo, that forces smoky air in, white, etc, that will fill the pipes up and leak if there is one....anyone? or am i totally getting the wrong end of the frog here?
