no, carb cleaning spray should be fine, that's what it's for. You could use an in tank additive to flush through the system and clean up the jets inside the carb if you don't want to dismantle it. for cleaning up around the top where all the oily deposits are even WD40 or similar would be fine. I'd be a bit worried about why all the oily deposits are there around the top though, presumably from the cam cover breather pipe but there looks to be a fair bit blowing through.

What to do for not out oil of oil respirator?

If I clear the carburator.... I could not tamp his Nozzles / JETS with all the dirt out?

I really really really afraid of messing on carburator :(

just go round the top with some carb cleaner/WD40 and a kids paintbrush and a rag, try and avoid getting any crud in and around the 2 jets at the front. Then stick a bottle of carb cleaning additive in the tank and take the car for a bit of a thrash to clean out the system. Don't forget that all that oily deposit round the top is just what's normally getting sucked right through the carb when the engine's running anyway. Then if it's clean at least you can keep an eye on how fast it's building up again. Also have a look at the inside of the airbox, the air filter, and the breather pipe from the cam cover and see what sort of build up you've got there, and give the gauze fire trap in the breather pipe (if it's still there) a good clean with whatever you're using on the carb.if it's all clean you can then keep an eye on it all and you know what's coming through just now.
What problems are you having anyway?

Okay .. I understand ..
So I'll clean the outside with WD40 and I will add fuel surcharges ..
Problems that I have right now is fuel pump is not really good ... I need to replace it .. You know What its catalog number?
