My uno 1.0.ie break was poor.Then I replace the break master cylinder repair kit, rear break cylinders as well as front disks' caliper repair kits also. Still not sufficient breaks. Hand break need to pull to the most upper position. But it also not work. Cannot park the vehicle in a sloppy area with the help of hand break. What I need to do to bring the break performances in to good condition.

Hand brake is easy to adjust - there is a nut on the cable that you need to tighten.
Have you also bled the break system to ensure there is no air getting compressed?

have you changed pads or discs at all?
