About right that is lol, oh i may not be fitting the Lancia Alloy's after all!!
My brother spotted some "13" inch mk 1 Uno turbo alloys on ebay last night, that didn't sell!!




Sent a message an offered a cheeky £50, and the guy's excepted it good times

So off to Gloucestershire the weekend!! if there good enough condition im going to try and get them polished!!

Lancia alloy's are now spare, so will probably be for sale very soon!

Good choice on the rims Paul, Uno's drive and handle better on 13's,
little bit of 'spit and polish' and they will be as good as mine

the change of alloy's was inspired by your Uno!

Like you say "13's" are better for the handling and ride, hope all is going well with your Uno restoration by the way!!

Not sure weather to try and polish the alloys like yours?

Or keep the polished edge, and paint the centre's as they are now.
Or the option is maybe paint the alloy's completely but not sure on what colour? can't decide which to do!!

At the moment the 165/65/13 are all cracked and split from storage, so some new rubber is in order!

Not sure weather to stick with that size? or go for a diffrent size if someone can recomend what to do!!

Circ = Circumference in millimetres

135/70 R13 Dia 526.2 Circ 1653.6

135/80 R13 Dia 539.7 Circ 1696.06 - Uno 45

155/70 R13 Dia 547.2 Circ 1719.1 - Uno 55 & 70 SUper

165/55 R13 Dia 511.7 Circ 1607.55

165/65 R13 Dia 544.7 Circ 1711.22 - Uno SX

175/50 R13 Dia 505.2 Circ 1587.13
This is the size I want to try out next......

175/60 R13 Dia 540.2 Circ 1697.09 - Uno Turbo

185/55 R13 Dia 533.7 Circ 1676.67
This is the rubber I have on X1/9 Route Oz's on the rear at the moment

185/60 R13 Dia 552.2 Circ 1734.79
This is the rubber I have on X1/9 Cromodoras on the front at the moment

195/45 R15 Dia 556.5 Circ 1748.29
This is the rubber I have ready to go on Stilo Steelies if I get some

All good except that the 135s are actually 135/80, because they have no profile specified (80 is the 'default').

I find the 195/45 15s make the speedometer ridiculously accurate in my Uno Turbo (instead of the usual over-reading, it is within 0.5mph of the correct speed).

Those are pretty hey...

I got the standard ol' 13" rubber after complaining about the loose handling of the uno to our local tyre place. The guy said its because the tyres that were on my car were cheap "high profile" tyres as opposed to the factory recommended profile. I have to say the cornering became alot more solid after the switch.

I'll look into all the size's that has been suggested, and get prices etc...

Just go my hands on a pair of secondhand 175/50/13s today
So they'll be going on the back this week on the X1/9 Route OZs

Sounds good do like those alloy's,

my brother's been getting prices on the various tyre sizes before i make my mind up!!

Meanwhile..... me and my brother have been working hard rubbing down the alloys ready for paint!
Still have the curb marks to sort, and remove the slight corrosion.
But hopefully ill have them somewhere near ready to paint, by the end of this week or least that's the plan!!

Really want a polished edge, but as we're doing it ourselves and with the curbing i don't think that'll happen

Still they'll look great when there done either way!!!
