155/70/13 were standard size on my 45s, 1.0ie 0-60 quoted 16s, they have less tourque than carb versions
Speaking of power. Usually in a petrol engine as opposed to a diesel engine...most of the power comes at the high end of the rev range. Well does anyone know what is the red-line of the 999cc FIRE engine??Is 6000rpm a safe red line limit??
Finally managed a 0 to 100 kph test.
Unfortunately, the "test track" I chose was a uphill gradient, so I did 4 runs in each direction.
Have uploaded one uphill and on downhill run video.
Interestingly the times were consistent for each direction.
There are no mods to the car, it is a 1242cc SPFI running on 145/80 R13's mounted on pressed steel rims.
As for the load : Only me, about 65 kgs, plus the spare wheel (pressed steel rims), jack, a tank full of petrol, double set of rubber floor mats, blah blah blah.... you get the picture...
Uphill : 0 - 100 kph in 20 sec.

Spun the wheels in the attached video, that would've cost some time
Downhill: 0 - 100 kph in 14 sec.

Had a tough time figuring out how to mount the camera, finally decided to hold it in the hand along with the steering wheel, so the pictures will move jump about a little bit, but I guess the quality is acceptable.
