yep, I know, been there myself you should try out "blue bulbs" 55/60W light blue, they give an extremly white light and are working perfect on my SX but I also got a Hella Grille (heres my thread with some pics: https://www.fiatforum.com/uno/154248-my-mk1-uno-sx.html )

the two extra lamps really help when it`s dark and snow here

i think im going for 70w bulbs with the relay conversion, like on Jai's whit one - they seem really good.

thats a nice car there mate, that grille with the lights in is RAAARREEE, you should keep that.
as you've probably figured mine is a 70sx too - so we will share problems i think

yeah im hopefully sorting myself a welder after exams - its not actually that bad...mostly surface right now, but as we all know, its only surface for so long! ive got the spraying kit (or most of it) so attaching panels with weld is the next step.

thanks for the interst,
i missed an update out for this site, as there are a lot of photos that are uploaded onto photobucket which i would need to upload to FF.

since ive finished exams i have time to do this now will be done in a few days,

my cameras having a tantrum atm so ill hopefully get that fixed and put some more pics up

im back off holiday!
so the painfully slow progress shall hopefully disappear, replaced by super fast amazing revelations of work!

i need cash injection so im gettting a job this or next week, this will help progress.

i have another uno in the pipe so this project must be finished by the end of the holiday

ive found the old rej, so i can order a v5 on the original plates, with not a bit of illegalness in sight.

oh and i have been doing stuff, its just my camera has copped it,and will take £100 to fix...this money i do not have!
