well, I've got a Mk1 uno turbo 1301cc and saw in an article that it has bigger inlet valves than the Mk2 with a difference of 2mm each but the mk2 camshaft have more lift than the mk1's...Have someone tried to fit a Mk2 camshaft in Mk1's cylinder head?
If no,will it be a good change for increasing power?

valves are the same size. Mk2 cam has more lift.

does the mk2 cam not have the drive for the distributor.

nope, it's also got the auxillary shaft in the block which drives the dizzy, u must be thinking of the fire engine with the dizzy mounted on the side off the head.

nah some mk1s had the dizzy running off the cam carrier. u must have later mk1.

1.3 turbos have the distributer off he cam.

you can cut a slot in the cam for the distributer or fit a 1.4T distributer in the block.

Or fit the mk2 dizzy on the block...
