To repeat myself, what is the difference between the 999 engine and 1108 engine? Both FIRE and used in the Uno MKIIs. Except som BHP and torque ofcource, but what distinguishes them from each other.

longer stroke:

64.9mm for the 999
72.0mm for the 1108

Bore is the same, at 70.0mm.

Gives 999.058cc and 1108.354cc, or thereabouts..

Probably the same block - drop straight in.

Camshaft timing appears to be a bit different, according to Haynes.
