As the title says. My Uno just switched off today and I've traced it back to the wiring feeding the pump, isn't live. Can some kind soul tell me were the fuse and relay are. I can get the pump to work ok if I wire it indipendantly.

Ta in advance, Stu

If it's a Mk1 Turbo, the relay is a tall Bosch type, bolted to the side of the battery tray. Mine had a tiny fracture in the relay coil wire where it attached to the PCB, easily fixed. It only happened after I removed the relay for some other work in the engine bay. The pump normally runs quite loudly for about two seconds after turning on the ignition key.

But chances are you don't have a Mk1 Turbo...?
You didn't say which model you have... at least you now have a quick response, if not a helpful one

Cheers,

Hi is it stuart with the 127? we may have chatted a while back i had A 1300 GT (A) a years ago. well i didnt even know the 1.1 late model uno had an electric pump, but if its the same as turbo get a torch and look at your fuse box under the dash on the passenger side footwell and you'l see an extra block (row) of fuses tucked right up there on top of the fusebox 3 i think these are extra add ons, thats where i found mine ,no 1, you may need a pair of long nose pliers and the fuel pump relay is behind the battery Ant!

Hi all

Stuart, them two 10A fuses and relays are under that black plastic cover on the N/S/F turret (behind the coil) (y)
