Technical Test socket for Ulysse

I have a 1997 Ulysse 2.1 TD LHD" and I am looking for the test lead to be able to read the fault codes. It is oblong and has three rows 3 deep by 10 long. I have been trying to post a picture of it off my I phone but without success.
I am quite happy to buy one if you know where.

I believe that will work with the LEXIA kit.. but I dont have direct experience.
