Hi

Just a quick question. My Ulysse was sold from new in Sweden (where I'm based) and I've just had the first annual MOT equivalent here since I bought the car.

The examiner asked me where the red warning triangle (you know the one you need to have out in the road if you breakdown) was and between us we couldn't find it. The manual wasn't in the car at the time and I've since looked through it and couldn't find anything.

I can get one from a local car parts place, but wanted to ask if anyone knows if the Ulysse in mainland Europe came supplied with one, as it's mandatory here to have one and if it's tucked away somewhere that I haven't looked yet.

Many thanks in advance.

I have a breakdown triangle - it's not compulsory in the UK, though a damn good idea to have one. As far as I can see there is simply no place to hide it away in the car. Anyone know better? Not mentioned in the handbook either AFAICR.

Hi,

Just a quick update to say I never did find out if the warning triangle came with the car and ended up buying one for £10 or so.

Still being as the car was sold in mainland Europe where the triangle is compulsory, surprised that one wasn't tucked away somewhere. Nevermind.
