General New member/new car

Hi,

New to the forum, as only bought my Ulysse yesterday, its a 2.2 diesel 2003 vintage. Did a couple of hundred miles today and its a really impressive motor. My wife sat alongside wading through the handbooks working out how everything works and a pretty decent job she's done. The only thing she couldn't fathom out was how to get the sim card holder out of the radio, depressing the little button did nothing. Is there some special knack or its it more likely knackered?

I'm sure you just use a pen nib to press the little dimple above the card and it should pop out slightly. Maybe it needs a little wiggle at the same time.
Or try pressing the button/dimple above and then a gentle easy with the tip of a pen knife or some such to help ease the card out.
