Can anyone help identify the following codes?

It kept Cutting-Out last week and had to be brought home on the back of a lorry. I've changed the Fuel Filter (which was very dirty) and since then it has run fine. But, it has fault codes stored and I don't know what they are
I borrowed my brothers Tech-2 and although I couldn't find any codes under Fiat, I did find the above under Citroen.
If anyone could advise, I would be greatful!!!
I know I will just be advised to take it to my Main Dealer, but I was made Redundant the week before Christmas (Nice!), and having 4 Kids means moneys tight at present.
