Picked up my car yesterday previously had 2 gp 1.2 active when first came out and then 1.4. now got a 1.4 Tjet currently got powerflow exhaust not had it on ramp or looked under to see if its a full system or backbox, can hear it knocking underneath over bumps so thinking maybe full system or bush just loose.

Plans for the car so far are.. any thoughts or other suggestions by experienced tuners would be appreciated.

K&N airbox with cone filter and velocity stack
Forge FMIC- whats involved with fitting one is it straight forward?
Forge hose kit
Abarth turbo
uprated brakes and Hel hoses
once installed remap

Other possible further upgrades

Manifold and de cat

As mentioned any advice would be greatly appreciated thanke Lee

Ok so everything is fitted ended up with
Airtec fmic
K&N induction kit
Abarth turbo
Brakes feel really good already had drilled and grooved disks with green stuff pads. so don’t think the power increase warrants £1000 on Brembo calipers. If I go to TD04 conversion then I will. Booked in for a remap with T4P next week so hopefully I feel the difference as with the turbo and fmic installed wasn’t a lot of difference just pulls for longer and kicks in a bit later so far for the money spent I don’t think it’s worth it tbh. I’m wondering if it’s still running at 0.8bar of boost which the standard turbo runs at or so I’ve read it does, is the boost Ecu controlled or by the actuator spring?

The boost is ECU controlled, so it's logical you haven't gained anything but slightly more lag at the low end and slightly more boost at the top end.
I believe .3 (full pass) to 1.2bar (full block) is what the standard actuator springs in all Fiat/Abarth IHI turbos hold stable, with the 36/38 being more focused on a (slightly) higher revrange than the 37/39.
You'll need the tune to unlock that 1.2bar boost and the extra fuel needed to keep the mixture in check.
There's the possibility to change that spring to hold more, but that also requires injectors and a map sensor, which won't help much without changing both the camshafts and cat.

Thanks for the reply. Which camshafts would I need? Going for a remap Thursday so hopefully I feel a difference after that also ordered decat so just waiting for that.

The NA cams are a great option and apparently the ones from the 1.2 are even better than those from the 1.4. Other options are Bravo T-Jet 150 cams or Colombo Bariani cams.
