89 Tipo 1.6 DGT for sale, Mrs has defected and bought a new motor

Has had new rear wheel bearing, new battery (which needs charging), alarm with remote central locking and immobiliser, new fuel pump, disks and pads. 95k on the clock, white in colour and 5 door. MOT'd until mid December, but no tax. Faults are as follows:-

1) Battery runs down after 3-4 days of being left standing. New battery, same problem. Originally thought it was down to the inlet heater not turning off when ignition off, but this only fixed it temporarily.

2) Heater temp knob adjustment needs tweaking - where the cable attaches to the flap over the heater matrix snapped and was fixed with a self tapper and some super glue, works but not great.

3) Gear selector linkage rattles.

That's about it to be fair, still goes well, interior is ok, was welded up for last MOT and has been in the garage for 6 months or so since other half got another car. Moving house so space needed £150 is all I ask, will make a good source of spares if nothing else.
