well there I was removing the Bosch Jetronic injection system ( everything was working well,but the car consumed a minimum of 12.5 L of fuel every 60 miles...:bang: and the mixture was too rich... ) and fitting a Weber double 34,when i overtightened a nut holdin the exhaust manifold and broke the thread a few mm in the head...so this was an excuse to get the engine out

It's a 1992 1.6 8v SOHC 57kW engine,130 000 km on the counter so far,my parents are the first owners...

rob you need to wind back the rear caliper pistons if you are going to fit new pads, I did this with a very big spanner and a G clamp.
