right ive got a K&N on now, although now i know cinq induction kits fit, ill probably get a different kit soonish

what else can I do? what is there as far as backboxes or cat back systems go? i know supersprint do something but cant find it for sale anywhere. all i can find is a sebring backbox (which i will probably get anyway but something to get rid of the middle silencer would be good too).

are there any special made chips for the 1.4 ie? im going to ask tricker about enlarging the throttle body for more air intake, cold air feed for the filter etc.

ive also found a replacement sports cam for around £170. how much would i be looking for a garage to fit and what sort of gains would i see?

would a good set of sparks really make any difference? same with leads? (ill replace them anyway but is there really anypoint in getting anything better than bosch super 4s and equivelant bosch leads?)

is there a performance manifold for the 1.4? i cant really seem to find anything about 1.4 mods heh . any ideas?

Have you considered some cylinder head work as I reckon it would compliment a cam upgrade.

dont really fancy pulling the engine apart really.. i need the car on the road pretty much every day to get to work so anytime that its in a garage getting work done means its a nightmare for me to get to work . cam is ok as there is a place just down the road that can do it and drop it back off to my work when there done, but more major engineering work like that would require more time and would need to be done elseware
